Community Guidelines
Our goal is to create a fun, helpful and safe environment for our members. To do that, here are the rules of engagement:
- Our space is a Positivity Zone. We're here to build one another up, brainstorm opportunity, and stretch our goals. Nelson Mandela said, It always seems impossible until it's done, so our group operates in a spirit of encouragement and possibility.
- We encourage participation. We want everyone to participate in the community forum. Engagement fosters learning and growth, so we’re encouraging you to show up. 😊
- Give to others. We encourage you to comment, cheer on, and offer ideas and suggestions to your fellow members.
- All members are required to hold confidentiality. We're committed to creating a safe space for people to share honestly about the challenges of their reinvention. So like Vegas, what happens in our community stays in our community.
- Stay on topic. Reinvention touches many areas of life, and it’s OK to mention those. But save the daily drama for Facebook.
- Avoid our banned behaviors. We won’t tolerate gossip, criticism or harassment of others, or discussions of religion, politics, or other divisive subjects. We also don’t permit job search posts, self-promotion, or business pitches. Anyone who does these activities, whether on the boards or via direct message to other members, will be removed from the community and their membership canceled, without refund.
