What if you had a clear vision of what
you want to do next—and a practical
plan that led right to your goals?

You’re just steps away from the roadmap and resources you need to create work you want and a life you love with ease…

Introducing: The Reinvention Launch Club

We are a positive, practical, and professional community dedicated to helping you create a career (and life) filled with purpose, passion, and joy.

Our mission is to help you successfully launch and navigate your reinvention by delivering in-depth knowledge, useful tools, genuine support, and a circle of motivated, encouraging peers.

Whether you’re a corporate or creative professional, an entrepreneur, or someone who’s retiring from a career but not retiring from life, we help you see possibilities and turn your desires and dreams into reality.

You're in the right place if you need to solve any of these challenges of reinvention...

01

“What do I want to do? What’s possible for me?”
You don’t have a vision for what’s next in your career, or you have a few ideas, but you’re not sure if any of them are on point. Feeling pressured inside to do something you take action anyway, and waste time wandering aimlessly trying things that don’t work.

02

“I’m afraid of (fill-in-the-blank).”
These thoughts keep you up at night, feeling stuck, stalled, and anxiousDo I have the skills to make the leap? Will they want what I have to offer? Am I good enough? Can someone my age land the kind of opportunity I want? Will I be able to maintain my lifestyle in my new career?

03

“I’m having trouble focusing.”
With so many inputs, you’re finding it difficult to scale down to what’s important so you haven’t identified your leverage actions that will jump-start your transition.

04

“How do I make it happen?”
You can’t see how to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. With no step-by-step roadmap, things are falling through the cracks and you’re veering off track.

05

“I’m not taking consistent action.”
You’re busy, so you find you’re on a rollercoaster of dropping your goals. By the time you get back to them, you’ve lost momentum, it’s all gone cold, and you have to start over…again.

06

“I hit a roadblock—what do I do?”
You got derailed when an opportunity you thought was a sure thing didn’t come through, or you received an offer that had some good points but not all your must-haves. Now you can’t see anything on the horizon, and your confidence is flagging.

Thankfully, all that is behind you.

We're here for you!

What makes the Reinvention
Launch Club different?

PERSONAL ATTENTION

Coaching is the heart of our club. We support you 1:1, in groups, and in our private community forum.

PROGRESS LOGS

We're not a group for the lazy! We hold you accountable to take action every week toward your goals.

POSITIVITY

Ours is a space of love. We believe in (and operate from) a Circle of Giving, and require our members to do the same.

You probably wonder why I do this...

Meet Pamela Mitchell

Head Coach & Founder of the Reinvention Institute

I’ve been where you are.

When I went through my first reinvention—a leap from Wall Street to entertainment—there was no system to follow, no coach to guide me, no community to turn to for ideas and inspiration. (This was WAY before reinvention became trendy.)

In my lowest, darkest moments, making mistake after mistake, I wished there was a place I could turn to for help.

The Reinvention Launch Club is the space I dreamed of.

Now, my mission is to help you avoid the stress, chaos, and turmoil of change by giving you the knowledge, tools, and support to craft a career (and life) you love.

I know from my experience (and the hundreds of people I’ve helped since 2003 when I founded The Reinvention Institute), that it is possible to turn the life you dream of into the life you actually lead.

I look forward to helping you make your dream life a reality!

To your success,

When you join the Reinvention Launch Club, you gain access to...

Group Coaching

Answers to your most burning questions—live!

Each month we hold a group Mastermind on a reinvention topic led by me, Coach Pamela, or my lead coach, Coach Corry. So you can drop in with your peers and get coached to restore your clarity, overcome obstacles, amp up your energy, and step into flow.

And if you can’t make the session, we got you covered! Just post a question in advance in our community forum. All calls are recorded so that you won’t miss out.

One-on-One Coaching

Individual attention to customize your strategy.

In Month #1 you’ll have a 90-minute 1:1 Roadmap session with my lead, Coach Corry, to deep-dive into your goals and map out your happiness levers. From Month #2 onward, you’ll have monthly 45-minute 1:1 sessions* to blast stuck patterns and brainstorm ideas.

*We are serious about your results, so we ask you to keep a weekly Progress Log in our community forum to update us on your action steps between coaching sessions. You’ll be amazed how much this “tough love” accountability helps you get things done. *smile*

In-depth Learning Modules

Training to play the outer (and inner) game of reinvention.

We’ve assembled a library of step-by-step lessons on the “what” and “how” of reinvention. They’ll show you what to do—and how to think—so you stay on track to your goals.

To avoid overwhelm, we unlock a new module every two weeks during your first six months. We want you to have enough time to become thoroughly grounded in each skill or strategy before moving on to the next.

Our Private Online Community

A safe space that’s not Facebook, for sharing, strategizing, and support.

You don’t want the world “in your business” until you’re ready to launch your plan. That’s why we built a private forum where you can ask as many questions as you want, post your Progress Logs, share your wins, connect with your fellow Reinventors, and be inspired.

No need to go it alone anymore! You now have an always-there mastermind circle of positive, proactive people.

What's in the learning modules?
Glad you asked!

(P.S. Over six months, these lessons can take you from idea to launch)

This lesson walks you through creating your vision and goals that support it, which lays the foundation for whole-life success.

Module #2: Get your head right for reinvention

Module #7: Pinpoint your skills, and fill in the gaps

This lesson shows you how to inventory your experience and build new skills quickly so you can expand your opportunities.

Module #8: Polish and package yourself to win attention

Module #11: Stay on track and keep your eye on the prize

You need a strategy to keep your success going, so this lesson outlines practical actions for how to stay motivated.

Module #12: Jump hurdles so you can cross the finish line

Tough moments come in any reinvention, so this lesson shares useful tips that keep you from throwing in the towel.

Real people, real reinvention success stories...

"I have the impact I've always wanted in my career."

Now we live in our dream home. I run a thriving business… I have the freedom and control over my time. RORY VERRETT  ፨   Founder, Protégé Search and host of Protégé Podcast

"I jump out of bed; I'm so excited to get up and go to work."

I actually have the really great fortune of every day of my life, waking up in the morning and doing what I love… I get to go on a live-aboard dive yacht for a week and get paid for it… this is just a testament to how wonderful my life has become. The Reinvention Institute cares about people’s success, and you honestly couldn’t do better to find someone to help guide you in your reinvention.

RACHEL DAVIS  ፨  Digital Marketing Specialist, The Nature Conservancy

"This podcast would not exist if weren't for Coach Pamela."

She helped me … [pay]  attention to the things that were working in my life and [take] my attention away from the negative things and the sense of failure, and that allowed me to not only create the podcast but also to reinvest in the work that I had been doing as a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst… I would recommend anyone who feels there’s some greater potential for joy and passion in their lives to work with The Reinvention Institute.

DR. JOHN BURTON ፨ Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, and host of The Psychonaut Show podcast

"I hope you come along on this amazing reinvention journey!"

I currently live between London and the French Alps in a ski resort. And it was all through my reinvention journey that I got there… I realized I could expand my range greatly, trying new things… that anything is possible. I decided that I wanted to do what Coach Pamela does, so I went through [Coaches Training Institute], and here I am today!

FAQ

Here are the answers to your most burning questions!

How much support will I have?

In the Reinvention Launch Club, there are three ways you can access support:

Group coaching: We hold a monthly Mastermind call on a reinvention topic led by me, Coach Pamela or my lead coach, Coach Corry. So each month, you can drop in with your peers, live, for support.

1:1 coaching: Once a month, you have access to a private session with a coach. In your first month, you’ll have a 90-minute Roadmap session; each month after that you’ll have a 45-minute session. **IMPORTANT: To have monthly 1:1 sessions, you are required to keep a Progress Log in our community forum. (more on that below)

Community coaching: Our private online forum is how we coach you between group and 1:1 sessions. It’s here where you post your Progress Logs for input from me and Coach Corry, ask questions, and come for inspiration and conversation with your fellow Reinventors.

What's required for me to have 1:1 coaching?

Progress Logs! These are regular updates on the action steps you’re taking towards your reinvention and are a REQUIREMENT to receive 1:1 coaching in the Club. You must post yours in our private community forum.

If you skip doing your Progress Log, you forfeit your 1:1 session for a month. No exceptions, no excuses.

We have this rule because we’re serious about holding you accountable for working towards your goals. You’ll be amazed at how much this “tough love” helps you get things done! We want you to be a Reinvention Success story too. 😊

Who's the coach for my 1:1 sessions?

Corry Klein is my handpicked Reinvention Coach®.

After starting as an artist, she spent years in finance. She came to us first as a client, just like you, so she’s been through the journey you’re about to begin. Becoming a coach is her reinvention!

See her story here.

What are the times of the coaching calls?

Group coaching:  Calls happen every 2nd Thursday of the month at 2pm Eastern (11am Pacific).

1:1 coaching: Sessions are available several days during each month; appointment times range from 7am to 1pm Eastern. You must choose from the open slots on the coaching calendar, so we recommend booking early each month for best selection.

**Sidebar: Just in case you were wondering, we do not do evening or weekend coaching calls.

Do my coaching sessions rollover if I miss a month?

Nope. It’s use-it-or-lose-it each month.

(And just like your gym, there are no refunds if you don’t use your membership services each month.)

What happens if I can't make a call?

Group coaching: If you can’t make it to a live call, we got you covered! You can post a question in advance in our private online forum. All group calls are recorded and posted in the member site within a few days after the session.

1:1 coaching: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance to cancel or reschedule a call. If it’s earlier than that, just use your appointment link and rebook your session, based upon availability. For late cancellations or missed calls, your session is forfeited for the month.

Do I get immediate access to all the learning modules?

You’re such an overachiever!

I feel you; I’m ambitious too. But experience with my clients has shown me that giving all the material up front is a fast track to overwhelm.

To avoid this, we open a new learning module for you every two weeks during your first six months. We want you to have enough time to become thoroughly grounded in each skill or strategy before moving on to the next.

(And no, you can’t swap things around to get early access to later lessons. There is an order to the journey if you want results.)

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

We understand—life happens. Just write me and let me know.

If you’re a monthly member, we’ll stop billing you as of your next payment, provided we get at least 72 hours notice in advance. (FYI, if you’ve used a coaching session that month that hasn’t been paid for, we will charge you a one-time fee of $150 before closing your account.)

If you’re an annual member, we don’t do refunds, but we do allow you to pause your membership for up to 6 months. So you can pick up any time within that window and use the rest of your time.

Can I access the content in the Club after I cancel?

Belonging to the Reinvention Launch Club is like joining a gym or Netflix—if you cancel your membership, you lose access to the goodies.

What if I have another question?

Drop us a line, and we’ll get back to you!
