She has designed coaching-based culture change initiatives for dozens of school districts and non-profit organizations, and has served as executive coach for many well-known organizations. As a transformational coach in private practice, Sandye has helped people in all walks of life discover their true purpose. She is co-founder, Master Coach and Adjunct Instructor for The Cardinal Stritch University Leadership Center’s Professional Coaching for Leaders Program in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the co-author of The Inspired Journey: A Woman’s Blueprint for Spirit-Filled Living published in 2005.
